Santa - The Experience will take you through 5 magical scenes guided by Elf Pickels before your live video chat with Santa which will be approximately 5 mins. The Experience will be approximately 10-12 mins in duration.

You can invite other family members such as grandparents, uncles and aunts to join in on this magical moment. Everyone can enjoy Santa - The Experience from the comfort of their own homes.
The checkout form supports up to 4 children. You can bring more on the call with Santa but be sure to mention that to him at the start of the call so no one feels left out!
Yes, once your appointment time is more than 48 hours away and there is price equivalent availability. Click here to manage your booking.
Yes, upon confirming your reservation, you can select the option to add an Elftastic package. This package includes a video of your live chat with Santa, a Nice List Certificate and shareable screenshot pictures.
The experience is extremely personalized. You choose to share information on the booking form so Santa has some context such as name, age, Christmas wish list and a funny moment which happened this year.
You'll receive a check-in link before your appointment, you'll need the order number and last name on the confirmation. Please arrive 10 mins before your appointment time to make sure everything is working correctly.
The Elftastic package includes an edited video of your Zoom call with Santa, print at home Nice List Certificates with your little one's name on them, and a horizontal and vertical photo of your kids on screen.
As they are edited one by one at our production facility, they'll be sent out in a few days after your experience by email.

For the younger children, this info is especially useful so Santa will have enough to talk about during the call. While Santa knows the importance of acknowledging everyone, he might not get to every detail you supply here, so just view this helpful information to aid Santa if he has to do most of the talking, which is rarely the case!
